Where can I test the products?

With Ben Nye products we highly recommend you to get in touch with one of our retailers.

How long does it take my order to arrive?

We dispatch all the products that we have on the inventory normally within 24-48 hours from completing your order. After that all depends on your location and the chosen shipping method.

If product is out of stock shipping can take from 1 - 4 weeks.

You can always contact us at info@bacstagebeauty.fi for more detailed shipping times for products.

I have items in my basket that are out of stock, will I have to wait for all the products that long?

Not necessarily. If the product takes more than 5 days to arrive to us we will send the items separately free of extra shipping costs. If product is sold out but we expect restock within few days we will send everything together.

I am an industry professional, can I get discount?

Yes. Please provide your company details to us at info@backstagebeauty.fi to receive discount on Ben Nye, Eldora and Eye Catcher products.
